This Merlot is elegant and balanced, with classic Stellenbosch character. The nose shows ripe cherries, dark berries and fine plum notes, accompanied by subtle hints of cocoa and spice. On the palate the wine is soft and rounded, with well-integrated tannins, harmonious acidity and a juicy, persistent finish. An approachable yet structured Merlot with South African depth. Vinification:
The Merlot grapes are selectively harvested and fermented under temperature control. Maturation is handled so that fruit, structure and elegance remain in the foreground, supported by subtle oak notes without overwhelming the variety.

Veal chops with portobello mushrooms, gnocchi in pepper sauce with crispy pancetta, or creamy risotto with Gruyère and Parmesan.
