Lomond Syrah 2022 from Lomond Wine Estate comes from Cape Agulhas. The red wine combines dark fruit, spice and a structured style with a distinctly South African character. The wine is made from 100% Shiraz.
 
Vinification:
The grapes are hand-harvested early in the morning and fermented under temperature-controlled conditions. The Syrah then matures for 14 months in French oak barrels, some of which are new.
