Paserene Elements Bright Chardonnay 2022 from Paserene comes from the Western Cape. This white wine shows freshness, clean fruit and a calm, balanced structure. Chardonnay shapes the character of the wine.
 
Vinification:
The hand-picked grapes are gently pressed and undergo spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels. Regular bâtonnage adds further texture and structure. Ten percent matures in new oak and 90% in neutral wood.
