Paserene Marathon 2021 from Paserene comes from Tulbagh. This red wine combines dark fruit, spice and a structured style with a distinctly South African character. The blend is based on Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot.
 
Vinification:
The wine is fermented in small upright French oak barrels and punched down by hand. Before release, it matures for at least six months in bottle.
