Paserene Rosie Rosé 2024 by Paserene comes from the Western Cape. The rosé is fresh, fruit-driven and clear, with a light structure and an easy-drinking character.
 
Vinification:
The grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks under temperature-controlled conditions. The wine matures for one year and then for a further four months in the bottle.
