Pongracz Méthode Cap Classique (MCC) Brut is a South African sparkling wine from Pongracz. It has a fine, festive style with freshness, clear fruit and lively structure.
Vinification:
After the first and malolactic fermentations, the sparkling wine remains on the lees in bottle for two years for the second fermentation. After disgorgement, it rests for a further two to four months.Food pairing:
