An expressive Cabernet Franc with a clear Stellenbosch character and distinctive depth. The nose shows redcurrants, dark cherries and fine herbal spice, complemented by a hint of graphite. On the palate, the wine is precise and powerful, with ripe, tightly knit tannins, lively acidity and a long, focused finish. A characterful Limited Release with elegance, structure and tension. Vinification:
The grapes are selectively harvested and traditionally fermented. The wine then matures for around 18 months in French oak barrels, 50% new and the remainder second and third fill. Oak maturation adds structure, depth and fine spice without masking the freshness and varietal aromas of Cabernet Franc.

Roast lamb, beef steak, game dishes, hearty mushroom dishes and mature cheese.
