The Rainbow's End Cabernet Sauvignon smells of ripe plums and blueberries and a hint of fynbos.
 The palate has the same intense fruit flavours, complemented by fynbos and a hint of dark chocolate. The Cabernet Sauvignon has a full body with perfectly integrated tannins and a long fruity finish.

The Rainbow's End Cabernet Sauvignon matured for 12 months in French barrique barrels (58% first fill, 17% second fill, 25% third fill). The wine was then bottled unfiltered and unfined. Natural deposits may occur. 
Goes well with:
Beef, lamb or game, especially when flavoured with rosemary and thyme.
