A classic Cabernet Sauvignon from Stellenbosch with clear structure and depth. The nose shows blackcurrants, cassis and dark cherries, complemented by fine herbal spice and subtle oak notes. On the palate, the wine is powerful and precise, with ripe, tightly knit tannins, balanced acidity and a long, focused finish. Vinification:
The grapes are selectively harvested and traditionally fermented. The wine then matures for 12 months in French oak barrels, including 58% new barriques, 17% second-fill and 25% third-fill barrels. During maturation, the wine is racked twice to achieve clarity, structure and harmonious integration of fruit, tannin and oak.
