An organically produced red wine from Stellenbosch made from equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The nose shows ripe blackcurrants, cherries and mulberries, complemented by cedarwood and fine spices. On the palate it is balanced and structured, with dark fruit, spice, a little liquorice and soft tannins.
