An organically produced red wine from the Western Cape. The blend shows red cherries, violets, spices and black pepper on the nose, complemented by smoke, dark berries and tobacco. On the palate, the wine is balanced and dry, with dark fruit, allspice, nutmeg and good structure.
 
Vinification:
After fermentation, the wine matures for twelve months in French oak barrels.

Grilled beef, lamb dishes, game, full-flavoured pasta dishes and mature cheese.
