An organically produced Syrah from Stellenbosch. The nose shows white pepper, red cherries, spices, rosemary and lavender. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with juicy tannins, clear fruit, dried herbs and a long, elegant finish.
 
Vinification:
The wine matures for 14 months in oak barrels and a further three months in stainless-steel tanks. This is followed by additional bottle ageing of around eight months.
 
Food pairing:
Grilled meat, lamb dishes, game, spicy stews and mature cheese.
