A biodynamically influenced Reserve red wine from Stellenbosch. The nose shows black cherry, black pepper, wild sage and anise. On the palate it is dense, dark and concentrated, with ripe cherry fruit, spicy depth, a subtle oak note and a long, elegant finish.
 
Vinification:
The grapes come from selected single vineyards. The wine matures for 18 months in French oak barrels.

Grilled beef, lamb dishes, game, hearty stews, mature cheese and dark chocolate.
