A reserve white wine from Stellenbosch made from Sauvignon Blanc. The nose shows grapefruit, spiced quince, elderflower and a pronounced flinty note. On the palate it is fine, complex and balanced, with lime, grapefruit, passion fruit and subtle floral notes.
 
Vinification:
The wine matures for twelve months on the lees in new French barriques and then for a further four months in stainless steel tanks.
 
Food pairing:
seafood, grilled fish, poultry, creamy pasta dishes and mild cheese.
