The nose reveals elegant citrus aromas accompanied by fine notes of toasted nuts, orange blossom and a hint of refined oak spice. The palate is complex and harmonious: ripe tropical fruit and delicate honey meet white blossoms, caramel, fine spice and subtle minerality. Vinification:
30% of the blend was fermented in 500-litre French oak barrels, 10% new, and in large used Austrian foudres, 70%.
