Seductive aromas of pineapple, guava and white peach are accompanied by delicate floral notes and a hint of green fig. On the palate the wine offers richness and expression: tropical fruit, citrus nuances and fine spice lead into a fresh, long-lasting finish with a delicate touch of honey. Vinification:
A small proportion of the wine was fermented in used oak barrels, with the majority fermented in stainless-steel tanks. It then remained on the fine lees for three months to intensify aroma and mouthfeel.
