A South African Bordeaux blend from Rupert & Rothschild Vignerons in the Coastal Region. The nose shows blackberry, blackcurrant, bell pepper, coffee, dark chocolate and fine spice. On the palate it is full, multi-faceted and balanced, with good extract, fine-grained tannins and a long, spicy finish.
 
Vinification:
16 months of maturation in French barriques.

Pasta with rich sauces, pizza, grilled dark meat, meat dishes with full-flavoured sauces and smoked foods.
