A fresh Sauvignon Blanc from Simonsberg with tropical fruit, melon and gooseberry on the nose. Subtle notes of pineapple and passion fruit also emerge. On the palate, the wine is invigorating, clear and well balanced, with crisp acidity and a long, spicy finish.
 
Vinification:
The grapes come from high-altitude Stellenbosch vineyards close to 600 metres above sea level. The wine was deliberately not matured in oak so that fruit, freshness and natural acidity remain in the foreground.
 
Food pairing:
Seafood, grilled fish, goat's cheese, fresh salads and light vegetable dishes.
