This blend of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay from the Western Cape is wonderfully multifaceted, with aromas of green apple, guava and fine tropical nuances. It is a charming partner for light summer cuisine and fresh salads, yet has enough substance to accompany more strongly spiced dishes harmoniously. Vinification:
The grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness and gently processed. After pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation took place in stainless-steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruit aromas. Maturation also took place in stainless steel to emphasise clarity and balance.
