Vinification:
The Pinotage grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness and handled gently. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks under temperature control to preserve the fruity aromas and clean, fresh style. Maturation takes place entirely in stainless steel without oak, keeping the juicy berry fruit and lively acidity at the forefront.
