A lively, fresh rosé with elegant fruit and clear structure. The nose offers inviting aromas of strawberries, redcurrants and yellow apple. On the palate it is wonderfully juicy with crisp acidity, fine fruit and a precise, dry finish. The slightly higher proportion of Chardonnay gives the rosé additional freshness and structure, while Pinot Noir provides body and aromatic depth. Winemaker: Frans Smit
 
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness and gently processed. Fermentation takes place under temperature-controlled conditions in stainless steel to preserve freshness, fruit and the wine's pale, clear style. Maturation takes place exclusively in stainless steel without oak, keeping the lively acidity and pure fruit aromas in the foreground.
