Vinification:
The grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness and handled gently. After pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation took place in stainless-steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruit aromas. Maturation also took place in stainless steel, emphasising varietal clarity and lively acidity.
