Spier Signature Sauvignon Blanc 2025 benefits from the cool sea breeze from the ocean only around 25 kilometres away. Moderate summer temperatures and planting on south-facing slopes give this wine its distinctive freshness and precision. In the glass it is straw yellow with greenish highlights. The bouquet reveals aromas of gooseberry, passion fruit and green fig, complemented by fine notes of green pepper.
