An aromatic, gently sweet rosé from the Western Cape with invigorating freshness. The nose offers enticing aromas of red berries, pear, strawberry and apricot, accompanied by a delicate hint of orange peel. Vinification:
The grapes, predominantly Hanepoot (Muscat d'Alexandrie) complemented by Colombard and Pinotage, are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks under temperature-controlled conditions. Fermentation is stopped early to preserve the natural residual sugar and aromatic freshness. Before bottling, the wine spends at least two months on the fine lees, adding further harmony and structure.
