Spier Summertime Moscato White from Spier Wines comes from the Western Cape. The white wine shows freshness, clear fruit and a calm, balanced structure. Hanepoot (Muscat d'Alexandrie) defines the wine.
 
Vinification:
The grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation is stopped early to retain the natural residual sweetness. Before bottling, the wine matures on the fine lees.
 
Pairs well with:
Grilled fish, seafood, light poultry dishes and fresh salads.
