The Special Cuvée is an intensely concentrated Sauvignon Blanc from the estate's top vineyard. It is called a cuvée because the Sauvignon Blanc is made from grapes harvested at different times, one early and one later. Passion-fruit aromas meet fresh minerality, accompanied by a full body and a long, elegant finish. With ageing potential of 2 to 4 years, it can develop further and gain complexity.
