Pinot Noir Brut shows a delicate rosé hue in the glass and captivates with a wonderfully fresh, fruity aroma. A multifaceted spectrum of wild strawberries, apple skin and toasted brioche gives it particular refinement. On the palate it shows harmonious balance and a creamy texture enlivened by a fine raspberry note. Lively acidity ensures a persistently dry and elegant finish. Winemaker: Elunda Basson
 
Vinification:
After fermentation, the Cap Classique matured on the lees for at least 15 months.
 
Food pairing:
Sushi, prawns, salmon, poultry, goat's cheese and light fruit desserts. Also excellent as an aperitif.
