The nose reveals notes of limestone, orange blossom, crème brûlée, butterscotch and pronounced vanilla. On the palate, flavours of dried apple and pear are accompanied by an elegant, silky structure. Vinification:
Fermented and matured in a combination of older large-format oak vessels, new 225-litre barriques and stainless-steel tanks.
