An elegant red blend from Vergelegen with dark berries, ripe plum, blackcurrant, cedar, tobacco and a hint of vanilla. On the palate it is powerful, supple and velvety, with well-integrated tannins and a long, smooth finish.
 
Vinification:
The blend matured in French oak barrels, predominantly used barrels so that the fruit remains unobscured.

Creamy risotto, pepper steak, braised beef, lamb and rich mushroom dishes.
