A dense Series M from Vilafonté, led by Merlot and Malbec. The nose shows mulberry, blackberry, redcurrant, star anise, sweet spices, bergamot and jasmine tea. On the palate it is rounded, long and supple, with precise structure and intense fruit.
 
Vinification:
The blend matured for 22 months in French barriques, partly in new oak and partly in used barrels.
 
Food pairing:
Braised beef, lamb, duck breast, aromatic mushroom dishes and mature hard cheese.
