A Brut Cap Classique from Villiera in Stellenbosch with a bright golden hue and fine, persistent bubbles. The bouquet shows creamy yeasty notes, citrus, brioche and fine minerality. On the palate it is lively, creamy and finely sparkling, with a long, elegant finish.
 
Vinification:
The sparkling wine is made using traditional bottle fermentation and gains its creamy mousse and additional depth through maturation on the lees.
