| The Special Cuvée is a wonderfully concentrated Sauvignon Blanc from the estate's top vineyard. It is a cuvée from two vintages - one earlier in the harvest and the other slightly later. The Sauvignon Blanc has intense passion fruit notes followed by a fresh minerality. Full body and a long, elegant finish. This wine will develop excellently over the next 2 - 4 years. | The Springfield Albariño smells intensely of nectarines and apricots. On the palate, intense apricots and nectarines, complemented by a beautiful minerality and harmoniously integrated acidity. | Springfield Miss Lucy is a cuvée of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Pinot Gris. Abrie Bruwer, winemaker and co-owner of the Springfield Estate, loves fishing. 12 years ago, he decided to create the perfect wine for all kinds of seafood, and once again he succeeded brilliantly! Lemon and grapefruit on the nose, fresh and mineral on the palate but still mouth-filling. This fantastic cuvée goes perfectly with seafood of all kinds. |

| The Springfield Pinot Noir was fermented with wild yeasts. Typical Pinot Noir aromas on the nose and palate, mainly red fruits, especially raspberry. Elegant yet powerful on the palate with velvety, soft tannins. | The Whole Berry Cabernet Sauvignon from Springfield is also produced in the traditional way. The grapes are harvested by hand and enter the fermentation tank without pressing and with wild yeasts. On the nose this wonderful Cabernet has dark berry fruits, especially blackberries, on the palate cassis, blackberries and cloves. A velvety Cabernet with soft tannins and perfectly integrated wood notes. | The Thunderchild is a full-bodied Bordeaux blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, aged in barriques with mulberry and chocolate aromas and a hint of pepper.. |
